Overview

Conduct a rapid review of the GPEVAC project including documenting lessons learnt and recommendations.

You have:

  • An advanced university degree in the social sciences, legal affairs, or disciplines directly relevant to child protection.
  • At least 8 years of professional work experience, with a specialisation in child protection.
  • Proven excellent research, reporting and communication skills and experience, especially on child protection or similar areas, including application of analytical frameworks and tools.
  • Experience in working with UN/UNICEF, especially in ASEAN region including Cambodia will be an asset.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Fluent in Khmer highly desirable.

Minimum Qualification

  • An advanced university degree in the social sciences, legal affairs, or disciplines directly relevant to child protection.

Knowledge/Expertise/Skills

  • At least 8 years of professional work experience, with a specialisation in child protection, with relevant experience in child online protection highly preferred.
  • Proven excellent research, reporting and communication skills and experience, especially on child protection or similar areas, including application of analytical frameworks and tools.
  • Experience in working with UN/UNICEF, especially in ASEAN region including Cambodia will be an asset.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Fluent in Khmer highly desirable.

Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants and Individual Contractors. Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.

The selected candidate is solely responsible to ensure that the visa (applicable) and health insurance required to perform the duties of the contract are valid for the entire period of the contract. The candidate may also be subject to inoculation (vaccination) requirements, including against SARS-CoV-2 (Covid).
