Lead coordination and implementation of agroforestry initiatives in Ucayali.

You have:

Master in Forestry, Environmental, or Agronomic engineering with a minimum of five years of experience in coordinating field projects related to agroforestry, restoration, and agroecology.
Minimum 8 years demonstrated professional experience in similar positions, especially in international organizations or NGOs.
Demonstrated experience in coordinating with local stakeholders, conducting participatory workshops, and developing training materials.
Strong technical writing and analytical skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and technical documents in English and Spanish.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders, including local partners, communities, and research teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Familiarity with stakeholders and CIFOR-ICRAF's agenda in Ucayali is also desired.
Proficiency in relevant software packages (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Availability for frequent travel to rural areas in Ucayali for field work.
