Overview
Develop and implement strategic market interventions for urban women and youth livelihoods.
You have:
- Master's Degree or equivalent in relevant fields such as International Development, Economics, Business, or related disciplines.
- At least Five years of experience in market systems development or related fields, with a focus on urban livelihoods.
- Strong understanding of the Market Systems Development (MSD).
- Proven ability to analyze market systems and identify root causes affecting performance.
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English, with strong report writing skills.
- Capacity to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and technologies.
- Familiarity with the Ethiopian context and its market systems is an advantage.
