Establish and implement M&E systems for program effectiveness.
You have:
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation for at least 3 years.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social sciences or statistics.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as SPSS or R.
- Strong communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
Contract

The purpose of the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator is to establish and implement systems to promote evidence-based decision-making, programme and project performance, and internal management in West Ukraine Area office. The M&E Coordinator will contribute to quality programming through supporting access to and use of relevant and timely information on programme scale, relevance, and effectiveness and identifying and supporting the implementation of effective, cost-efficient and meaningful M&E systems. Such objectives will be achieved through contributions to the design and implementation of project-specific M&E work plans and indicator tracking tables.
