10% Using the WV M&E framework, inform on project progress.

20% Track key program indicators

20% Ensure various M&E components are carried out

20% Designing public information bulletins and accountability framework.

30% Train staff in enumeration and accountability Ensure establishment of help desks

Required Professional Experience :

rong task management skills including attention to detail. o Good understanding of World Vision and Sphere relief standards. o Knowledge of and adherence to NGO Code of Conduct. o Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina. o Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment. o Ability to maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts, psychologically stressful environments and physical hardship conditions with limited resources. o Commitment to World Vision Core Values and Mission Statement. o Ability to exhibit exemplary lifestyle as interpreted in specific local cultural context. o Agreement with World Vision’s Christian ethos and participation in devotions. Readiness to work humbly with Faith leaders and other WV's Partners including FBOs

Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification:

University Degree in Statistic or related field Certification in monitoring with working experience with communities & CBO
