To provide leadership and coordination in Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation of World Vision Sudan projects and programs to ensure realization of WVS Strategy in alignment with Our Promise. The MEAL Manager will be responsible for providing the Country-level technical leadership and support in improving the data management practices and data digitalization

The M&E Manager will provide overall leadership to the M&E Unit which is mandated to:

1. Support Strategy development, implementation, monitoring and alignment, including strategy tracking and reporting

2. Formulate and implement program/project design, monitoring and evaluation systems to improve the quality of World Vision Sudan programs and projects, as guided by the National Strategy and Our Promise

3. Quality assurance and impact in programs through application of innovation and good practices, provision of monitoring tools, capacity building and management

4. Maintaining compliance and accountability processes for all QA reports and dashboards in all programs and Projects

5. Provide technical leadership and support in improving the data management practices and data digitalization
