Provide MEAL support and ensure client communication and feedback.

You have:

  • Good written communications skills in English, excellent Pashto or Dari language skills
  • Experience working in M&E or MIS systems
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel and computer applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor degree
  • 2 years or more experience
  • Ability to prepare tabular and graphic presentations of data/information
  • Experience with KoBo/tablet collection
  • Experience in Google Drive/Docs/Sheets

Job Description

- Respond the client’s calls and messages on daily basis. - Manage the complaints hotline, WhatsApp, and conduct follow up focus groups or spot-checks as needed. - Maintain updated spreadsheets, with complaints received, person responsible for follow up and status of response. - Provide feedback and information from the monthly reports to project stakeholders to improve the quality of programming; advise the Kabul and filed offices of strengths and weaknesses, issues and concerns and successes reported or discovered. - Communicate with field MEAL team and inform them about the gaps. - Coordinate with the related IRC departments to ensure adequate and timely responses to feedback received - Perform other duties as required by the MEAL department.

Key Working Relationships:

- Conduct meetings with community members and leaders – especially females. - Work closely with MEAL Sr. Officer/ Managers and MEAL Coordinator

Coordinate with program staff.

Qualifications

- Good written communications skills in English, excellent Pashto or Dari language skills - Experience working in M&E or MIS systems - Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel and computer applications. - Strong interpersonal skills

Priority given to applicants with:

- Bachelor degree - 2 years or more experience - Ability to prepare tabular and graphic presentations of data/information - Experience with KoBo / tablet collection - Experience in Google Drive / Docs / Sheets
