Lead the implementation of childcare interventions and MERL strategy.
You have:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, especially in monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
- Advanced knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) practices.
- Familiarity with labor market systems, job matching platforms, and childcare service providers.
- Experience in implementing MERL frameworks.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English and Amharic; additional languages are an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and data analysis tools.
