Guide and manage HR services, policies, and programs effectively.
You have:
- 6-8 years of experience in staff management, recruitment, compensation, training, and HR administration, ideally with international experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Master’s degree or other advanced qualifications in a relevant field is a plus.
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
- Strong competency in training and development, including conducting Training of Trainers (ToT).
- Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and managing under pressure with attention to detail.
- Demonstrates integrity, discretion, and diplomacy in managing complex HR matters.
- Excellent management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, fostering cross-cultural teamwork.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledgeable in Bangladesh Labor Act (BLA).
