Overview
Manage project implementation for sustainable reintegration of returnees.
You have:
- University degree in law or social sciences preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with an international NGO in project protection implementation.
- Knowledge of legal instruments protecting human rights and Burundian law concerning land, family, and criminal law.
- Experience in training, awareness-raising, or information dissemination in legal matters.
- Experience in implementing activities for access to justice.
- Experience working with communities, authorities, leaders, and knowledge of techniques for repatriate protection/integration.
- Experience in facilitating training and coordinating community protection actors.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Experience working with vulnerable or marginalized populations.
- Leadership skills, experience in team management.
- Negotiation skills and strong communication ability.
- Continuous development of skills in leadership, project management, protection, and financial management.
- Fluent in French, knowledge of English is an advantage.
