You have:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a closely related field preferred. Equivalent experience also considered.
- Approximately two years' experience working in direct marketing, philanthropy or development. Project management experience strongly preferred.
- Customer service or donor care experience is preferred.
- CRM experience required (RaisersEdge, TA, Blackbaud, etc.); Salesforce and Springboard experience a plus.

The IRC’s External Relations team comprises colleagues and teams delivering marketing, fundraising, brand stewardship and communications to support this work. As part of External Relations, the Mass Markets USA (MMUSA) program is responsible for raising $60+ million in unrestricted revenue annually in the U.S. market, and plays a meaningful strategic role in the creation of IRC’s brand, awareness and support for its advocacy goals.
Reporting to the Director, Supporter Engagement and Retention, the Manager, Mid-Level Giving is a new opportunity aimed to grow and nurture our mid-level giving cohort, bringing these donors even closer to the IRC’s mission.
Major Responsibilities: ---------------------------
- Collaborate with the team to meet shared goals, including growing donor retention, donor value retention, overall giving, and movement of qualified donors into Major Donor and Planned Giving portfolios. - Assist with stewardship of mid-level donors, building relationship-based moves management strategies to identify, nurture, solicit and steward donors towards deeper engagement with IRC. - Serve as the organization's contact for mid-level donors, giving high-quality supporter care. Provide high-end service, answer questions, and serve as a "concierge" for the donors in the program, working closely with Supporter Services on coordinating communications and stewardship efforts. - Assist with management of mid-level vendors, including scheduling meetings, keeping notes, and aligning calendars with vendors. - Coordinate with the Retention team to ensure integration of the mid-level program with other marketing activities. - Ensure data processing and audience segmentation is accurate and clean for all campaigns across channels, and maintain excellent donor data hygiene of our mid-level cohort in the Salesforce CRM. - Track and report on the integrated marketing strategy and stewardship experience for the mid-level donor cohort from prospect to major donor graduation. - Coordinate the day-to-day production of specific cultivation and engagement campaigns, with assistance from outside vendors and internal support, and make certain mail/send dates are met. - Assist Retention team leaders on tracking expenses to budget, and with projecting revenue goals. - Other marketing duties as assigned.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a closely related field preferred. Equivalent experience also considered.
Work Experience: ---------------------
- Approximately two years' experience working in direct marketing, philanthropy or development. Project management experience strongly preferred. - Experience handling multiple projects, with many partners, both internal and external. - Customer service or donor care experience is preferred. - Budget-management and reporting experience a plus. - Experience maintaining relationships with agencies and outside partners. - CRM experience required (RaisersEdge, TA, Blackbaud, etc.); Salesforce and Springboard experience a plus. - Commitment to the mission and values of the International Rescue Committee. - Previous non-profit experience preferred.
