Design and implement M&E activities for projects focused on children's rights and gender equality.

You have:

  • Experience in monitoring and evaluation of development projects, especially in humanitarian contexts.
  • Strong understanding of data collection and analysis methodologies.
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive and coherent reports on project outcomes and activities.
  • Proven experience in collaborative work with project teams and external partners.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

The Opportinity:

Under the overall guidance of the MERL Regional Coordinator and the GBViE & CPiE Coordinator, the M&E Officer will be responsible for designing and implementing the M&E activities of the Projects; assisting the Coordinator in preparing M&E reports on project progress and monitoring the project activities on a regular basis, maintaining the MIS of the Projects and will be responsible for the collection & analysis of different data in relation to the project activities. The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer works in close collaboration with project team and Country Office Program and MERL team, district local government departments and partners.

Type of Role: Contractual for only 6 months and is contingent to confirmation of Funding.

Reports to: MERL Regional Coordinator.

Grade: Level 13.
