Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities for HeRON project

You have:

  • Degree in Social Sciences, statistics, computer science/information management/or any other related field.
  • At least 3 years monitoring and evaluation working experience in humanitarian or development context.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of local language(s) is an added advantage.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HMIS tools and in the use of DHIS2 platforms in managing health service data.
  • Strong data collection, analysis, and report writing skills required.
  • Ability to work independently, think analytically and take initiative in solving problems.
  • Familiarity with log frame analysis and M&E plan.
  • Experience in conducting assessment.

Qualifications

- Degree in Social Sciences, statistics, computer science/information management/or any other related field. - Excellent computer skills are required (particularly Microsoft Excel, Access and Word); - At least 3 year monitoring and evaluation working experience in humanitarian or development context - Intermediate knowledge of HMIS tools and in the use of DHIS2 platforms in managing health service data - Strong data collection, analysis, and report writing skills required; - Ability to work independently, think analytically and take initiative in solving problems; - Ability to communicate technical issues effectively; - Familiarity with log frame analysis and M&E plan; - Experience in conducting assessment

Demonstrated Technical Skills:

- Demonstrable technical expertise and working in a health system strengthening project - Excellent monitoring and evaluation skills - Excellent coordination and networking skills

Languages:

- Fluency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of local language (s) is an added advantage

Computer/Other Tech Requirements:

- Full professional competency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Ability to Travel: 20-30% of the time
