Key Responsibilities:
Requerimos:
- Escolaridad: Bachillerato Concluido o Licenciatura Trunca
- Manejo de Office
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en instituciones financieras y en puesto similar.
- Habilidad en ventas, comunicación efectiva, capacidad de análisis. atención al detalle
Funciones:
- Monitorear diariamente los indicadores y metas asignadas correspondientes del Crédito Individual,
- Involucrarse en los procesos de reclutamiento, inducción y reforzamiento de la capacitación de los colaboradores a su cargo.
- Generar las rutas y estrategias de cambaceo y apertura de nichos de mercados de Microempresarios con necesidad de Crédito Individual
- Dar seguimiento a la gestión de cobranza de sus colaboradores con el cliente moroso.
Ofrecemos:
