You have:
- First level university degree, Bachelor, or higher in IT, information sciences or related fields is required.
- At least 7 years of work experience in IT and web development is required.
- Work experience with UI/UX of complex eGovernment systems such as eRegistrations is desirable.
- Fluency written and spoken in English is required.

Result of Service
The consultant's outputs will contribute to an improved version of the eRegistrations system and help government officials and field experts, have a seamless experience with online services and processing of files with greater user experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
In the context of the implementation of the Business Facilitation/eRegistrations Systems, under the supervision of the project coordinator and in close collaboration with other international experts and country counterparts, the consultant will support the implementation of the Business Facilitation tools. S/he will participate in the system design, development and implementation of complex systems, provides specialized advice to users, analyzing users' requirements and translating these into new applications and researches, analyzes and evaluates new technologies and makes recommendations for their deployment. In particular, s/he will be entrusted with the following tasks: Design new Formio Components for the eRegistrations system’s Business Process Analyzer (BPA) as follows: • Vertical tabs navigation menu • Container dropdown menu • Implement the components in the system and assist in testing and bugs removal Improve and modernize the following Formio components and features used in the eRegistrations system’s BPA: • Editgrid and Datagrid component • Buttons component • Forms printing feature • Service as My Account page feature • Test all new functionalities and remove bugs where necessary.
Qualifications/special skills
Academic Qualifications: First level university degree, Bachelor, or higher in IT, information sciences or related fields is required. At least 7 years of work experience in IT and web development is required. Work experience with UI/UX of complex eGovernment systems such as eRegistrations, is desirable.
Languages
Fluency written and spoken in English is required.
