Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the project coordinator and in liaison with other national and international experts, the consultant will participate in the implementation of complex systems, provide specialized advice to users, analyze users' requirements. S/he will monitor, measure and improve quality assurance in the eRegistrations system under implementation in Kenya and Colombia. S/he will be entrusted with the following tasks: • Create a test plan template for country implementation and test the template with Kenya and Colombia live instance; • Defect Reporting and Tracking in Kenya and Colombia instances; • Report requirements and change requests from country implementations; • Consult analysts in eRegistrations service building by providing streamlined best practices; • Continuously improve testing processes; • Monitor log system (Graylog) for any anomalies after live release procedures and report issues in Jira.

Qualifications/special skills

An advanced university degree, Master, in Information Technology, engineering or related fields is required. At least 7 years of experience in system and data management is required. Experience of work with no code platforms for designing online services such as eRegistrations desirable.

Languages

Fluency written and spoken in English is required.
