What will you do?

  • Carry out Country Office ICT capacity assessment and risk identification for Cash and Vouchers, and actively participate in beta testing of solutions for Digital Transfers implementation. Assess and determine hardware, connectivity and consumables needs as well as time and human resourcing requirements.
  • Set up and manage Country Office profiles on the corporate beneficiary and transfers management platform, SCOPE, and support the configuration of end-users, registration module and delivery mechanism.
  • Provide end-user support to staff, cooperating partners, retailers, Financial Service Providers and IT Service Providers.
  • Maintain and operate IT components including SCOPE hardware and consumables, and monitor service provider service availability and performance metrics.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Advanced University degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or any science/logic related discipline.

Experience: At least five years of postgraduate progressively responsible professional experience in the planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance of computer information systems or related area.

Language: Proficiency in oral and written communication in English is a must.

Knowledge &Skills: Advanced training and/or experience in standard Beneficiary and Transfers Management systems.

Terms and Conditions:

Contract duration 11 months.
