For every child, hope

UNICEF works in some of the world’s toughest places, to reach the world’s most disadvantaged children. To save their lives. To defend their rights. To help them fulfill their potential.

Across 190 countries and territories, we work for every child, everywhere, every day, to build a better world for everyone. The fundamental mission of UNICEF is to promote the rights of every child, everywhere, in everything the organization does in programmes, in advocacy and in operations. The equity strategy, emphasizing the most disadvantaged and excluded children and families, translates this commitment to children's rights into action.

And we never give up.

  • Adapt existing in-country IM approaches for collecting, analyzing and reporting these sectors’ and clusters’ activities and resources and identifying information gaps.
  • Collect and update information related to the processing and analysis of inputs and outcomes in UNICEF’s EQUIST software and Activity Info for Emergency Response Activities.

  • Present information in understandable, effective and visually appealing tables, charts, graphs, maps, visuals and reports (such as snapshots, dashboards, gap analysis, etc.).

  • Manage an inventory of relevant documents on the humanitarian situation and lead assessment processes (setting indicators, suggesting data collection methodologies, sampling grids and data management tools).
  • Collecting data and drafting relevant inputs for the progress and final reports for all health, nutrition and WASH grant reports and other UNICEF reports (mid-year and end-year activity monitoring, strategic monitoring questionnaires etc.).
