At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Information Management within the humanitarian field
Experience with developing and managing beneficiary information management systems and relational databases
Experience with Activity Info is an advantage
High level of proficiency with developing automated PowerBI dashboards
High level of proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel
Experience with analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
High level of proficiency with KoBo toolbox
Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, Stata, etc.) is an advantage
Proficiency with R Script is an advantage
Experience with protection and economic recovery programming is an advantage
Capacity to produce high-quality graphic oriented reports and analysis
Experience in working in complex and volatile contexts
Experience with organising trainings for both technical IM staff and non-technical experts
Fluency in English, French and Arabic (both written and verbal)

Danish Refugee Council, one of the world’s leading humanitarian NGOs, is currently looking for a highly qualified Information and Knowledge Management Specialist (IM Specialist) to support our DRC P2P program under a consortium that has it’s Coordination unit in Tunis.

About the job

The Information and Knowledge Management Specialist (IM Specialist) will lead data management for the P2P consortium, implemented by DRC, Danish Red Cross, and IDC across 10 countries. He/She will oversee beneficiary databases, ensure data accuracy, support MEAL teams with reporting, and develop tools for data collection and analysis. The role includes mentoring and training field and partner teams on data quality and protection standards. Additionally, the IM Specialist will produce dashboards, reports, and trend analyses to support internal and external information sharing.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be:

Lead the design, roll-out and implementation of IM/knowledge management systems for different activities implemented by the consortium.
In coordination with technical coordinators, support with the design/management of trackers and databases for all activities, including those implemented through partners.
Act as the main technical focal point in the administration and roll-out of the beneficiary information management (IM) system and support the development of related guidance/SOPs and data protection measures.
Provide day-to-day technical support to field and partner teams, including delivering trainings and refresher trainings on the use of IM systems.
Collaborate with area office teams, MEAL/IM teams, and program teams in country offices to ensure appropriate data management systems are in place and operationalised.
Assist with developing data collection tools for quantitative and qualitative research related to consortium activities in cooperation with the technical sectors and MEAL Coordinator.
Generate reports, trend analyses, and information updates for various audiences using data from DRC sectors/partners IM systems; assist in consolidating and analysing trends and key findings of primary and secondary data.
Support the MEAL and program teams with compiling beneficiary lists for service provision, verification, and monitoring.
Coordinate with country teams to ensure all activity trackers/databases (including beneficiary and target trackers) are up to date; format and clean data, highlight inconsistencies or errors.
Develop and maintain a monthly cumulative dashboard to track beneficiaries reached under different interventions (including through partners) and keep indicator trackers up to date for timely and accurate donor reporting.Keeping indicator trackers up to date for all the locations and share timely and accurate figures with the CMU, country MEAL and grants for donor reporting.

About you

To be successful in this role we expect you to have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Information Management within the humanitarian field
