- Electronic toolkit appearing in a user-friendly way on most common browsers and devices (see output 1).
- NIP Submission and POP Inventory Modules corrected and improved (see output 2).
- Predefined queries per chemical and in general implemented (see output 3).

Duties and Responsibilities
The present ToR outlines the tasks that the individual contractor will undertake to correct and improve the electronic template (also referred to as “electronic toolkit” in this document) for the reporting of quantitative and qualitative information contained in NIPs.
Qualifications/special skills
High school diploma or equivalent is required. An advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in information technology or a related field is desired. A minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible working experience in the field of computer programming, database design and data analysis from complex databases is required. Proven experience in system analysis and design, computer programming, including advanced programming skills in MS VB or C# for .NET platform, using MS SQL Server databases, and OData restful web services is required. Experience in the development and configuration of web applications using JQuery, Kendo UI, and good understanding of latest web technologies such as HTML 5 and CSS.3 is also required. Experience in working with international organizations dealing with environmental issues is desirable.
Languages
English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For this position, fluency in English is required. Fluency in another UN official language is desirable.
