Overview
Support NEBE in implementing technological solutions for upcoming elections.
You have:
- Minimum 10 years (with a master’s degree) or 12 years (with a bachelor’s degree) of relevant experience in managing large-scale IT projects.
- Knowledge of data center operations, virtualization, and cloud computing.
- Experience in ERP system deployment and implementation.
- Knowledge of IT governance, regulatory compliance and disaster recovery planning.
- Strong project management skills (overseeing multiple projects).
- Excellent verbal/written communication for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in politically sensitive environments.
- Experience in leading IT teams, including staff development and performance management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (desired).
- Relevant ICT and Project Management certifications will be highly valued.
Contract
