Reports to: ICLA Project Team Leader
Supervision of: As delegate by the Team leader
Duty station: Derna, Libya (responding to Benghazi and Ajdabiya)
Travel: 40% Domestically outside of duty station based on programme needs and/or occasionally to Tunis

Background
As a part of its assistance in Libya, NRC provides information, counselling and legal assistance (ICLA) services to empower beneficiaries and support them to claim and exercise their rights.
Role and responsibilities
The Officer within ICLA's information, Counselling and Legal Assistance (ICLA) program support a dynamic team of field staff providing beneficiaries with information and counselling services on various topics during outreach and at NRC's offices. The officer takes on supervisory responsibility as delegated to him/her by the ICLA Team Leader.
