Ensure effective implementation of humanitarian programs and manage program staff.

You have:

BA/BS or equivalent in relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in humanitarian programs in emergency contexts.
Excellent oral and written English and Ukrainian skills required; Russian preferred.
Demonstrable ability to deliver high performance in stressful and insecure contexts.
Proficiency with MS Office software required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members in a cross-cultural environment is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to interact effectively with project partners, local stakeholders and community members.
Knowledge of Sphere standards and other training in humanitarian response preferred.
Ability to conduct rapid needs assessments, in line with Mercy Corps’ approach and industry’s best practice.
Understanding of emergency rapid response programming.
