Support the HR team during active recruitment and gain exposure to HR operations.
You have:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prior internship experience in HR, recruitment, or administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRMS platforms is an advantage.
