You have:

  • Proficient in English, particularly writing for public relations purposes.
  • Excellent academic performance as demonstrated by recent university or institution records.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, digital spaces for outreach, recruitment, or job search.
  • Background in human resources management.
  • Solid overall computer literacy and digital platforms/application usage.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion.
  • Experience in document production and editing with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, culturally and socially sensitive.
  • Ability to work and adapt professionally in a challenging environment and multicultural team.

Contract

This is a UNV National University contract. This kind of contract is known as National UN Volunteer. It is normally only for nationals. More about UNV National University contracts.

UNICEF commits to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion culture. In order to deliver results for every child, this UNV will take part in supporting an office’s initiative on “improving Culture and Diversity; ensuring the office is a diverse and inclusive, where each colleague respects, enables and inspires each other to deliver on UNICEF’s mission”.

Following the launch of the UN Disability Inclusion Strategy (UNDIS) last year and UNICEF's work towards become a more inclusive organization, UNICEF Thailand Country office has adopt the new UNICEF procedure on disability-inclusive human resources management for implementation.(PROCEDURE/DHR/2020/009).

This UNV will join Human Resources team of UNICEF Thailand Country Office as part of Diversity Inclusive workforce. The incumbent will work under Operations unit in promoting UNICEF branding and job vacancies among local labor market in digital spaces to attract high qualified candidates; especially those from underrepresented group to join the workforce.

  • Support in Identifying and implementing best practices and innovative approaches to improve outreach on recruitment using digital platform and branding strategies.
  • Support in developing digital editorial and content for recruitment and attracting-talent that aligning with the organization’s brand guidelines and standards as well as maximizing a reach to target audiences, especially young generations.
  • Collaborate with the Communication team to maximize digital channel under UNICEF Thailand to promote branding as UNICEF be an employer of choice.
  • Tracking and monitoring response/ success rate of using different online channel for recruitment and outreach.
  • Propose digital plan relevant to outreach in attracting high caliber of candidates.
  • Develop and manage online resources and knowledge management platform by creating and sharing digital content relevant to HR works.
  • Support content creation, editing, and optimization, as needed.
