DRC one of the world’s leading humanitarian NGOs is currently looking for an energetic and motivated Human Resources and Administration Assistant based in Tripoli.

About the job

Reporting to the Resources and Administration Team Leader, you will provide administrative and office and administrative support to colleagues in line with the DRC policies and guidelines. Your main duties and responsibilities will be:

• Perform administrative tasks according to DRC guidelines.

• Book flights and support with visa applications for DRC staff

• Maintain upto date records in the HR department including staff files, trackers etc.

• Oversee office and guesthouse management

• Provide support in the recruitment process and staff contract management

• Perform ad hoc office tasks (for instance: minor office purchases)

• Any other duties relating to the nature of the job as requested by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification

• Minimum 1-year experience in a similar job, preferably in an NGO setting.

• Strong computer skills, Windows, MS office programs, internet/email;

• English proficiency is mandatory

• Fluency Arabic

Desirable

• Knowledge of the local civil society and local authorities is an asset

• Good communication and writing skills, ability to perform multi-tasks
