Función y Responsabilidades
El propósito del cargo de Líder de Equipo Recursos Humanos es gestionar los procesos que permitan la atracción, contratación, capacitación y documentación del personal que requiera la operación en su área. Contribuir con sus competencias técnicas específicas en la eficiente ejecución, liderazgo, constante monitoreo y seguimiento a los procesos de Recursos Humanos del Área, actuando bajo las regulaciones y normas de NRC, las leyes del país y de acuerdo a los requerimientos de los donantes.
