Overview

You have:

  • Relevant academic education within HR or Business Administration.
  • HR experience of 3+ years.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel and Word).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Prior working experience in an International NGO.
  • Knowledge of system setup in Dynamics.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Apps and/or Power Automate.
  • Curiosity to learn and acquire new skills.
  • Experience providing customer support, preferably in an international company or organization.

We are looking for maternity covers for two of our HR Specialists. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy a mix of day-to-day processing work and project initiatives to improve our ways of working, you could be the perfect fit for our team.

Who are we?

Our HR team in Copenhagen consists of 30 dedicated and skilled colleagues from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, supporting our teams both in Denmark and internationally.

We are organized into four teams: HR Operations & Analytics, HR International Partnering, People Development & Engagement and HR Headquarters & Denmark. As a member of the HR Operations & Analytics team, you will work alongside six other colleagues.

About the job

Our HR Operations & Analytics team handles a variety of tasks related to employment contracts, system administration, master data quality and people analytics. You will collaborate closely with HR Partners, specialists and advisors across the organization to manage employment contracts for colleagues on expatriate terms. You will also take on responsibility for cross-functional improvement projects or policy development and implementation as needed and agreed across the department’s workplan.

Specific duties will include:

  • Maintaining smooth and efficient HR operations processes for partners and staff, including contracts, HR data and tools for staff on expatriate terms.
  • Ensuring global HR policies and procedures are applied and compliant at the operational level for all expatriate staff.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of records across various platforms and delivery of analytical reports
  • Day-to-day support to all queries from staff and HR colleagues globally
  • Focal point for HR-related functions in Dynamics, including providing training to HR staff as needed
  • Support and engage with HR colleagues in the region(s) that you have as primary focus
  • Optimizing processes using IT tools to ensure top quality, alignment across HR, and relevance to cross-functional strategic priorities.
  • Participate in or lead business process initiatives within the People to Pay business process, focusing on system change implementation, people analytics or automation initiatives as relevant.
  • Mentor and supervise student workers in the team as required.

You should also have experience with utilizing technology to enhance the efficiency of contract procedures and are comfortable in adapting to new technologies and various system solutions.

Contract length: These are temporary maternity covers of approximately 10 months each. Valid as a minimum until the end of 2025.

Workplace: Borgergade 10, Copenhagen K, Denmark, with flexibility to work from home at agreed times. Please note that DRC will relocate to a new office in Østerbro during the fall of 2025.

Start date: When suitable candidates are identified. One position has a planned start date of 14. February 2025, one has a planned start date of 1. April 2025.

End date: 31. December 2025 with possible extension.

Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the relevant union agreement. This is a national position for which local terms and conditions apply.
