The HR Operations Shared Services Manager, will lead all aspects of the team responsible for tracking the life cycle of an employee, work closely with the HR Business Partners and hiring managers. The HR Operations Shared Services Manager will act as the primary escalation point to help solve both day-to-day and more complex operational problems, as well as the main point person for implementing projects, initiatives, and process design that leverage technology to streamline and reduce reliance on data entry.

Major Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the mentoring and leadership of the HR Associates that report to the manager - Accountable for the integrity of all employee data in Workday and within employee files - Maintain a customer focused culture to resolve employees needs on first point of contact - Ability to manage diverse perspectives across global team in a rapidly changing environment - Ensure HR integrity and compliance through accurate management of employee data as required - Able to lead high volume of data, process it and analyze it - Accountable for maintaining highly confidential and sensitive information - Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement of daily processes and assisting in the implementation of these initiatives - Support peers with problem resolution and effective use of knowledge tools

Job Requirements:

Work Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations or Human Capital (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Relations) - Proven experience in HR Operations with an understanding of different HR areas - At Least 3 years of experience leading a team - Experienced in utiziling Workday and HRIS tools - Experience in HR strategies, operations, policies, procedures, and compliance

Standard office working environment with the ability to work remote 2-3 days per week

Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
