You have:
- Relevant HR Management studies.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in HR or 2 years in policy development.
- Excellent facilitation and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in organizational capacity building.
- Strong understanding of national labor law and international standards.
- Communication and reporting skills.
- Fluency in Pashto, Dari, and English.
- Computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, Access, and internet) an advantage.
- Ability to work closely, professionally, and constructively with all others regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, race, tribe, or cultural background.

Job Description
To provide technical support in reviewing, updating, and aligning the HR policies of partner organizations with national labour laws and recognized HR best practices.
- Conduct a desk review of each partner’s current HR policy. - Address the following thematic gaps inside the policy: - Recruitment and contract provisions - Conditions for termination and retirement - Leave entitlements (annual, sick, maternity, paternity, Hajj, urgent) - Benefits including pensions and job placement assistance - Work hours, including Ramadan schedules and breastfeeding accommodations - Compliance with disciplinary procedures and labor law - Facilitate feedback and validation sessions with key stakeholders. - Deliver finalized, legally compliant HR policies for each partner.
General Duties
- Inception report with methodology and review framework - Policy gap analysis report - Draft revised HR policies - Summary guide orientation for HR teams on implementation.
Qualifications
Relevant HR Management studies.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in HR or 2 years policy development
Excellent facilitation and written communication skills, Proven experience in organizational capacity building
Strong understanding of national labor law and international standards
