Job Description

Reporting to the HR & Admin. Officer, the HR & Admin. Volunteer is responsible for providing support for day-to-day administrative requirements, functions and general office management of the IRC Kampala office.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Support in creation of new staff personal files. - Support recruitment exercise including sorting, long and shortlisting of applications. - Supporting in drafting interview reports. - Updating the existing personal files and ensuring they have the necessary information. - Organizing the whole filing system according to staff T7s. - Assisting in stamping all HR related documents. - General organization of HR Office documents/paperwork. - Support in induction processes. - Any other official duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or related field. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. - Knack for detail. - Able to communicate effectively. - Strong computer skills especially in MS excel and word.
