Morobe Development Foundation Inc (MDF) is looking for two Online Volunteers with expertise in proposal writing to help draft a proposal to support a women rights coalition to address violence against women issues in Papua New Guinea. The proposal is 5 page long and will take less than 3 hours per day for a period of one week to complete.

  • Resource mobilization, partnership and donor coordination

    Violence against women is very rampant in Papua New Guinea and Morobe Development Foundation Inc is working together with local partners and NGO's to use various intervention strategies to end violence against women and empowering the women folks in Papua New Guinea by facilitating community development initiatives to build their capacities. The proposals developed will be submmited to the UNWomen Spotlight Initiative Program to get the various women led organistain in the country to work towards a goal to address the pandemic in the country.

  • Volunteers: 2 needed

  • 6-10 hours per week / 2 weeks

    We seek highly qualified online volunteers with relevant academic background in Gender Studies and at least 3 years of work experience in violence against women and women rights projects. Applicants must have extensive knowledge on intervention strategies on violence against women and must be well versed with women rigths laws, treaties and conventions adopted by the United Nations.
