Details

The assignment is related to strengthening the Europe Union Partnership with Yemeni CSOs. The result of the project will be: - Promoting an inclusive, participatory, empowered, an independent civil society and democratic space in Yemen. - Promote an inclusive and open dialogue with and between civil society organizations in Yemen. - Enabling key Yemeni Civil Society Organizations to further develop their capacity and expertise as development actors.

We are looking for 2 online volunteers to help us with writing a project proposal for the project of development cooperation with Yemen by strengthening the EU’s partnership with Yemeni Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). BFD Yemen will provide all necessary assistance and documents/ information to the volunteers in advance and during the proposal writing period. The volunteers will not be requested to solicit any donations on behalf of our organization but will submit the completed proposal to us for onward submission to the donor.

Candidates should have: - 2 years of experience in project proposal writing or project development. - Experience in humanitarian context and development. - Writing innovation experience. - Perfect English writing skills at native level are mandatory. - Experience in LDC Context like Yemen and their Civil Society Organizations is preferred.
