You have:
- First degree in Communications or Graphic Design or other relevant qualifications
- At least five (5) years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working on outputs with the United Nations Development System is a plus
Result of Service Designed versions of: (1) Annual Results Report – One report (two versions) – average size based on the 2021 report is 64 pages, including annexes (2) Cooperation Framework – one report - – average size expected to be 80 pages, including annexes (3) Common Country Analysis – one report– average size expected to be 100 pages, including annexes

Duties and Responsibilities The UN System in Papua New Guinea requires an experienced designer to design the following documents scheduled for production by the Resident Coordinator’s Office: (1) Annual Results Report – One report -two versions (2) Cooperation Framework – one report (3) Common Country Analysis – one report
For the editing, the Consultant/Individual contractor is required to a) designing the final edited draft, including the use of infographics and pictures b) review the DCO guidance for the reports listed above and prepare the design accordingly c) finalize the design after feedback from stakeholders d) update the annual results report's design to a second version that includes the Multi-Partner Trust Fund report.
Qualifications/special skills - First degree in Communications or Graphic Design, or - Other relevant qualifications - At least five (5) years of experience in a similar role - Previous experience working on these outputs with the United Nations Development System is a plus.
