Overview

Provide hands-on support to strengthen grants and partnerships function.

You have:

  • 5+ years in humanitarian grants/partnerships management.
  • Familiarity with IRC systems (PEERS, OTIS).
  • Strong coaching, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent English writing and communication.
  • Experience in Poland's humanitarian context, especially Ukraine crisis response.
  • Prior IRC experience in the region.
  • Experience with EU, US, and UN donors.
