Provide hands-on support to strengthen grants and partnerships function.

You have:

5+ years in humanitarian grants/partnerships management.
Familiarity with IRC systems (PEERS, OTIS).
Strong coaching, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent English writing and communication.
Experience in Poland's humanitarian context, especially Ukraine crisis response.
Prior IRC experience in the region.
Experience with EU, US, and UN donors.
