Manage grants, enhance compliance, and foster partnerships effectively.

You have:

Master's degree in international development, social sciences or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in a grant management role, preferably with an NGO
Advanced writing and editing skills, with at least three years' experience writing reports and proposals for donors
Familiarity with the rules of major international donors
Demonstrated experience in effectively liaising with donors to negotiate and influence positive outcomes
Proven ability to lead and supervise teams
Excellent organizational, time management and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal, cultural and diplomatic skills
Specialization in health, Nutrition, protection, education, WASH, governance, Economic Recovery or emergency response
Previous professional experience in Africa, ideally in post-conflict or conflict contexts
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and email systems
Fluency in English, spoken and written
