Overview
Assist in logistical work and project implementation.
You have:
- Fresh graduate / BA in administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or administrative support in reputable institution, national or international NGO.
- Experience in field-based operations is an advantage.
- Have a driving license and comfortable to drive between villages in Northern areas of the West Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the logistic work and procurement of items for projects as assigned.
Efficient and compliant financial and logistical operations are maintained.
This includes:
- Requesting and closing payments on provision.
- Following up with procurement department on all new items.
- Supporting the project manager in preparing the procurement plans
- Following up with the suppliers on the delivery time and location.
- Maintaining proper filing and documentation for all logistical transactions.
Supporting the project manager in preparing the procurement plans.

Assist in project implementation, coordination, and reporting, including field-based documentation.
Accurate data, standardized documentation, and timely reports are delivered.
This includes:
- assisting in coordination of the implementation process with all stakeholders.
- Assisting in the preparation works for all project activities.
- Assisting in collecting data related to beneficiaries direct- indirect.
- Documenting activities by taking good quality photos and provide success stories.
Spending at least 60% of the assistant time in the field.

KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
Fresh graduate / BA in administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
