You have:
- Proven experience or strong familiarity with grant writing, fundraising, or proposal development.
- Knowledge of environmental conservation, marine pollution, climate change, or sustainable development (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong research and writing skills with the ability to produce clear, compelling, and well-structured documents.
- Ability to work independently, meet soft deadlines, and collaborate remotely with a diverse team.
- Proficiency in English.
- Commitment to volunteer a few hours per week during the assignment period.

ASCOA is implementing a five-year strategic plan dedicated to marine debris management along the Cameroon coastline. Additionally, ASCOA is planning to host an international Marine Conservation Conference in 2027, bringing together experts, youth leaders, and global partners. To achieve these goals, ASCOA seeks support from experienced online volunteers with expertise in grant writing, fundraising strategy, and proposal development..
ASCOA is seeking 20 online volunteers with strong knowledge and experience in grant writing, fundraising, and content creation to support its ongoing marine conservation initiatives. Volunteers will contribute to securing funding for ASCOA’s five-year strategic plan on marine debris and plastic pollution and its upcoming Marine Conservation Conference in 2027
The online volunteer will not be asked to contact any donors or submit any fund on behalf of the organization.
-Proven experience or strong familiarity with grant writing, fundraising, or proposal development.
-Knowledge of environmental conservation, marine pollution, climate change, or sustainable development (preferred but not mandatory).
-Strong research and writing skills with the ability to produce clear, compelling, and well-structured documents.
