Join the Talent Acquisition Team as a Global Recruitment consultant.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of proven recruiting experience — preferably for technical roles and specialized skills with a strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in executive search or agency recruitment firms.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with limited structure.
  • Experience in creative sourcing and applicant development.
  • Adept interpersonal skills; strength in developing and maintaining client-management relationships, particularly in a virtual capacity.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with senior stakeholders, including directors and executive leadership.
  • Experience screening for and identifying highly qualified talent through resumes and interviews.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing recruitment challenges efficiently.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English is required.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting behavioural interviews.
  • Experience working with and providing feedback to hiring managers.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as with a team in a virtual capacity.
