Work operationally with donation management and donor support.
You have:
- Have experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and handling customer data.
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, especially in MS Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills, both orally and in writing, in Swedish and English.
- Have the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in an international team.
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and solve problems creatively.
- Ability to work independently and plan your work effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work processes.
- Interest in development and streamlining of systems and processes.
