The database will serve as an overview of the GFCR programming pipeline to allow for an analysis on the portfolio, highlighting linkages with other initiatives and programmes.

The GFCR's current portfolio has seven priority ecosystem programmes in the implementation stage. Within each programme, there are specific revenue generating interventions to address local drivers of coral reef degradation to build the resilience of coral reef ecosystems, provide economic opportunities to coastal communities and leverage investment capital. This task will involve the review of the seven programme proposals and centralizing information in one database. The type information that will be incorporated into the database includes alignment with GFCR Fund-Level outcomes, types and size of financial instruments (Grants, concessional loans, financial guarantees, etc.) per intervention, policy work, implementing partners involved, geographic focus, etc.. The task will be done remotely and desk based.
