The Global Fund for Coral Reefs is preparing for two high-level Executive Board meetings in 2022-Q2, one virtual and one in-person. Executive Board meetings are closed discussions among GFCR Board members, including donors, where key decisions about the Fund are discussed and agreed. Given the importance of these meetings, support is needed from Online Volunteers to ensure the seamless preparation, execution, and follow-through of the Executive Board meetings.

We are seeking support of two Online Volunteers to help us prepare for, execute, and follow-through with the two upcoming Executive Board meetings scheduled in 2022-Q2. For this purpose selected Online Volunteers, under the supervision and guidance of the Operations & Coordination Analyst, will support by: - Developing a Welcome Pack for Executive Board members attending the in-person Executive Board meeting - Support drafting the presentation about GFCR's Vision - Transposing the GFCR Comprehensive Workplan into dashboard format through Smartsheet.com to be presentation-ready for Executive Board - Drafting a granular workplan and detailed checklist leading up to the in-person Board Meeting, to be used by GFCR as main reference for keeping on track with internal timelines - Monitoring attendance list through Google Forms survey - Preparing Executive Board meeting minutes

Candidates should have previous experience in project or event management and also have excellent communication and writing/editing skills. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required. Experience and familiarity with Smartsheet and Canva is an asset.

A degree in public administration or international development-related fields is desirable. Certification or coursework in project management is also considered a plus.
