You have:

  • University or technical training in Social Sciences, Education, Agronomy or related fields.
  • Willingness to live in the program and project influence area.
  • At least two years in similar positions, especially in community development processes and strengthening social fabric.
  • Valid motorcycle driving license.
  • Ability to build trust with families and community leaders.
  • Skills to facilitate participatory processes and playful methodologies at the community level.

Requisitos

  • Formación universitaria y/o técnica en Ciencias Sociales, Pedagogía, Agronomía o carreras afines.
  • Disposición para convivir en la zona de influencia de programas y proyectos.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo dos años en puestos similares, especialmente en procesos de desarrollo comunitario y fortalecimiento del tejido social.

Habilidades

  • Manejo de motocicleta con licencia vigente.
  • Capacidad para establecer relaciones de confianza con familias y líderes comunitarios.
  • Habilidades para facilitar procesos participativos y metodologías lúdicas a nivel comunitario.
