Supervise and manage resources of the 'Clean Water for Nicaragua' project in the warehouse.
You have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Medium technical degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related careers.
- Knowledge of inventory management and storage processes.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Medium knowledge of English.
- Familiarity with customs processes.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
- Operational planning skills.
- Driving license (categories 1, 2 and 3: motorcycle and vehicle).

Propósito del Puesto
Supervisar y controlar los recursos del proyecto “Agua Limpia para Nicaragua” en almacén, asegurando su recepción, resguardo, inventario y distribución en los territorios de cobertura, bajo un proceso de rendición de cuentas y conforme a las políticas y procedimientos de World Vision Nicaragua.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Recepción y registro de recursos en almacén con soporte documental.
-Manejo de inventario mediante el sistema SADE.
-Inventarios periódicos (semanales y mensuales) de los recursos almacenados.
-Distribución de recursos a programas de área (PA) según planificación.
-Entrega formal de recursos con actas de respaldo.
-Monitoreo de distribución a nivel comunitario.
-Seguimiento a actas de entrega firmadas por familias beneficiadas.
-Supervisión de bases de datos del proyecto.
-Cumplimiento de protocolos de rendición de cuentas y salvaguarda.
Requisitos del Puesto
Educación
- Técnico medio en Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad o carreras afines.
Experiencia
- Mínimo 2 años en manejo de bodega.
Conocimientos y habilidades
- Manejo de inventarios y almacenamiento.
- Coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Comunicación oral y escrita.
- Conocimiento medio de inglés.
- Procesos aduaneros
- Dominio de herramientas informáticas.
- Planificación operativa.
Otros requisitos
- Licencia de conducir (categorías 1, 2 y 3: motocicleta y vehículo).
