Support the GSO HR Team with efficient administrative duties and onboarding.
You have:
- Strong knowledge of employment practices and regulations in France.
- Experience in administrative support functions.
- Previous experience managing onboarding processes.
- Ability to maintain employee profiles and staff files.
- Good communication skills to provide HR helpdesk service.
The HR Officer will support the Global Support Office (GSO) HR Team with proactive and efficient administrative support, and work with the GSO HR Manager to provide a high quality onboarding process for new joiners. This will include administration of RI’s onboarding processes; checking and verifying due diligence in the hiring and contracting process; maintaining employee profiles and staff files and providing an ‘HR helpdesk’ service to GSO staff.
In addition, the HR Officer will apply their knowledge and experience of employment practices and regulations in France to support the full employee life cycle of staff employed by RI France, working closely with the Director of RI France and the Chief HR Officer.
