Contract

This is a NO-1 contract. This kind of contract is known as National Professional Officers. It is normally only for nationals. It's a staff contract. More about NO-1 contracts.

UNICEF works in some of the world’s toughest places, to reach the world’s most disadvantaged children. To save their lives. To defend their rights. To help them fulfill their potential.

And we never give up.

For every child, fair chance...

Are you passionate about working with and for adolescents and youth? Apply today to join UNICEF’s work on empowering and engaging adolescents and youth.

Viet Nam stands to benefit enormously from its demographic dividend, currently having the highest proportion of young people in its history. Data from the Population Change and Family Planning Survey 2017 shows that the population of under-18 years is over 26 million, boys representing almost 52%. The data shows a young nation, nonetheless Viet Nam is also grappling with rapid ageing of its population. This limits the window of opportunity to ensure Government makes the right investments that promote the well-being of all adolescents and young people, address climate actions with and for children and adolescents and contribute to better social development and economic progress for the country.

UNICEF Viet Nam is promoting the rights and well-being of adolescents which requires action that touches on multiple aspects of their lives, notably their health and nutrition, education, protection, and participation.
