Overview
Support clients’ financial capability needs through training and coaching.
You have:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Finance, Education, Small Business Development, Entrepreneurship, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of professional experience in finance, basic financial literacy, entrepreneurship, or small business development preferred.
- Experience with adult education, training, community building, and/or community development.
- Previous experience working with individuals from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds and varying levels of literacy and numeracy.
- Experience and training in trauma-informed and person-centered services.
- Fluency in written and spoken English required. Bilingual ability in a language commonly spoken by refugees in Utah is a plus.
- Valid driver's license, active insurance policy, and access to reliable transportation.
