Responsibilities
Financial Reporting, Capacity Building for Partners, Provide and Participate Meeting, Auditing Process
- Request necessary approval and submit to CO finance for the fund transfer process
- Follow up to the partner for the fund receiving condition after transferring the fund such as pending at the transit bank.
- Collect the acknowledgement receipt for the respective fund transfer.
- To complete Southeast (SE) partner payment tracker for the partner fund receipt condition including the acknowledgement receipt date
- Filed the complete fund transfer package into the MM filing tree as per the respective partner
