You have:
- Experience in financial management and support functions.
- Ability to prepare banking transactions accurately.
- Skilled in report writing for progress and financial reports.
- Knowledge of compliance with NRC policies and procedures.
- Experience in document management and archiving.
Contract

L’objet du poste d’Assistant Finance est d'assister dans la mise en œuvre quotidienne des fonctions support.
Responsabilités générales :
- Travaille en conformité avec les politiques, outils, manuels et directives du NRC.
- Assiste dans la mise en œuvre des fonctions support conformément au plan d'action
- Rédige les rapports sur l'état d'avancement des activités support sur demande du superviseur ou de la direction.
- S'assure de l'archivage correct des documents.
- Encourage et est force de proposition pour favoriser l'amélioration des fonctions support
- Assure la gestion de la caisse des dépenses
- Prépare les transactions bancaires
- Prépare les rapports de dépenses
- S’assures que les pièces comptables sont etablies conformements aux procédures de NRC
