Overview
Process financial records and support finance management
You have:
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 2 years of nonprofit accounting experience.
- Successful background in Finance and administrative with proven ability to work as a team member in a cross-cultural environment. Reporting experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills to include all Microsoft Office Programs, database experience and various other financial related software programs.
- Experience working on financial and administrative issues.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal, insured vehicle.
Major Responsibilities:
- Process payment requests in a timely manner and maintain financial records per retention policies. - Post reconciliation journal entries for bulk purchase inventory household supplies, metro tickets, etc. in coordination with appropriate staff. - Process reconciliation journal entries for office credit cards. - Prepare and post bank transactions in Integra. - Assist in the preparation of monthly billing and assembling documentation. - Other finance duties as assigned.
Key Working Relationships:
Position Reports to: Deputy Finance Manager Other Internal and/or external contacts:
Internal: Program Departments; Operations Department, HR Department, Development Department and Finance Team. External: Volunteers, Interns, Vendors.

Working Environment:
- Standard, professional office environment (Combination of in-office and remote).
